Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item does not match the product description.
The item is returned unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.
Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Refund Process

- Provide Proof: Share clear images/videos of the product showing the issue.
- Return the Item: If eligible, you will need to return the product to our address.
- Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [X] business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via store credit or bank transfer.
Exchange Option
